Question: What can I expect during a job interview for a Massage Therapist or Esthetician position? (What should I wear?)

Answer: Massage Therapist and Esthetician interviews are composed of the verbal interview and a hands on practical. During the verbal interview applicants can display their communication skills, field knowledge, and personalities. This is a great time for candidates to learn more about Massage Envy by having Massage Envy personnel field any specific questions they may have. The hands on practical aspect of the interview process gives MTs and ETs a chance to demonstrate their skill set. This is also an opportunity for the hiring manager to assess how your demonstrated skills would best fit in with the current needs of the clinic. Applicants should dress in appropriate clothing in which they would feel comfortable performing therapeutic services. Many applicants prefer to wear scrubs or clothing similar to Massage Envy’s dress code.
